To address challenges in the availability and attainability of suitable and adequate housing, investStratford and the City of Stratford are researching and developing an Attainable Market Housing Community Incentives Toolkit (CIT), and Attainable Market Housing Pilot Project to encourage the generation of more attainable housing.

A public open house will be held on Wednesday, November 23, from 6-9 p.m. at the Stratford Rotary Complex (353 McCarthy Road) in Hall A for an opportunity to discuss attainable housing in Stratford.

Note that this is a drop-in session and the information provided will also be loaded up to Engage Stratford (www.engagestratford.ca) on November 24 with an option to comment.

Responses will be used to inform future developments and will guide recommendations and next steps, specifically surrounding the provision of attainable housing through various tools, incentives, and funding opportunities, as we move forward with the study.
